Why we ask

One Fresno Foundation uses the details in your application to review your request, contact you about it, and administer its scholarship and sponsorship programs. Scholarship applications include educational information and supporting documents; sponsorship applications include organization and funding details.

Where it goes

Applications and documents are stored with our website hosting provider, Netlify, in private storage. Foundation reviewers access them through a protected review area. Documents are not published in the gallery or made available through public links. An email service delivers a notification to the Foundation when an application arrives; transcripts and résumés are not attached to those emails.

What to include

Send only the information requested. Do not include Social Security numbers, bank details, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information. For document uploads, use PDF, JPG, or PNG files.

Questions or corrections

To ask about your information, request a correction or removal, or discuss retention, contact info@onefresnofoundation.com. Include your application reference if you have one. The Foundation may need to retain information to administer its programs or meet applicable obligations.
